Photo by others. Two M42 "Duster" Anti-Aircraft Vehicles, restored by the Virginia Military Vehicle Museum, are admired at an open house. The National U.S. Armed Forces Museum in Houston, Texas, is hoping to acquire several more vehicles, including a Duster, to add to its collection. In addition to the many trucks and jeeps, the National U.S. Armed Forces Museum boasts two MD-600N helicopters, a Huey, an M60 tank, five M114 Armored Reconnaissance Vehicles, and the Quad Fifty Gun Truck Project.
History Fanatics' mission is to KEEP HISTORY ALIVE. Although our main focus is military history, members cover the history and events of United States of America, her allies, and her enemies, from the late 1800's through Operation Desert Storm in the early 1990's. We don't rewrite history or alter it. We simply depict history, whether good or bad, ugly or beautiful, so that others may learn from the past.
